The Viral Joy of Disgust

 ...the power goes out. There is no reason at all why I am on the internet providing my thoughts and opinions to anyone. The opinions are my own, and that's all. Oh look, one person has viewed my latest blogs. I'm pretty sure that's likely to do with my own "pre-testing" of the blog samples. Much of blogger is the same as when I was in WordPress, the layout in some ways is simpler. Another major change is that it's owned by Google - it is monetized potentially though I'd like to see the day that ever happens. One major issue I have with blooger over all, well the construction of paragraphs really, is a new paragraph (that is, when I double-enter) does not shift a margin by a whole 1/2 inch, but a single cursor space.  This is what I mean. These do not align. I dislike it greatly. This post, like many, won't be designed for any useful information.   So I may have a few ideas for new videos. I saw some stuff on twitter that made me want to post a video reaction. But that's all dried up, right? YouTube reactions to tweets? I guess you haven't seen my videos to know if I should. The next several videos will be like video blogs. I have opinions I want to get out there. Opinions of a Dad who is more or less ashamed with our world's moral around Dads. Do we as Dads deserve a reward? Is there no respite for all the work we do to support our families? Are you proud of the suicide rate you're promoting with such filth? Moreover, how do we get kids outside again without their phones? Ironic, being that I am in a field that exploits screen addictions. How do I talk about those ideas without becoming edgy, misogynistic, or arrogant without losing touch of the brutal truth? In the near future, I'll have a Pretty Nice computer, I just hope it has the ability to record video on screen without a ton of lag. Virtually hopeles

Hi Last month I spoke to a doctor for the first time in this state of Kansas. We did the usual first time patient discussions such as my smoking habits, drinking averages, and general bodily conditions. When talking about ADHD, without any build up, I brought up the question with her, "why at my age [of 33] should I worry about having Autism?"   Why would I care so much about having Autism? I am already on the ADHD plane, and while it seems some folks with Autism may share some qualities of those who have ADHD, I do have other qualities that may blend further with the social-behavior disorder.  IN past doctors visits I have been pre-diagnosed or diagnosed with other disorders such as Audio Processing Disorder, aka Sensory Processing Disorder, Hyper-Sensitivity (Awareness,) Hyper-Mobility, Pre-Hypertension,Vision with Astigmatism, Introversion, Depression, Anxiety. If you were to wrap all those disorders under one umbrella, you could say that I have Autism. However,

  I deleted a bunch of stuff. I'm sure you can find it all in the way-back machine if you really wanted to. I also realize that some of my content was shameful, but I could not have known that at the time I authored some things. So I've broken those chains, released the old news, sent it screaming into the pits of internet-hell below. From mostly now on, it will be rainbows, sparkles, unicorns and fun. I. Promise .

 Apparently my blog is considered potentially "unsafe" because I have not posted this notice to any of my blogs: "This site uses cookies from Google to deliver its services and analyze traffic. Your IP address and user-agent are shared with Google along with performance and security metrics to ensure quality of service, generate usage statistics, and to detect and address abuse."   Good job, Blogger,  you have successfully lambasted a blog that hasn't posted since 2011. Why this is my responsibility is pretty nonsensical. Why is it not the responsibility of the host site to make this notice clear to IP addressees who are searching on Blogger? Any way, it is clear that much has changed since the last blog post I made. For one, it was Wordpress! Wow! Secondly, I never made it to Sweden, it was Norway I went to instead in 2011. Regarding my posting speed, I am a slug! Oh well. It actually is just me being really lazy. Here's a few neat pictures, and a scanner experiment gone wrong. ^ That is the experiment.   I am relocating a few images so one blog post isn't over sized in length of viewing. This update is in 2023, a whopping almost two decades later. I've since become far more superior in my tech savviness.
